FASCIAL STRETCH THERAPY - Brad Kahn


I have now had a few Fascial Stretch Therapy sessions with Brad Kahn. To be honest I was not quite sure what it was before the session, I had an idea, but I didn’t know the benefits. For someone who trains daily, if not twice a day… or sometimes three times... I know it is an addiction. Anyways! For the amount of training that I do, I definitely don’t put as much effort into my recovery. Maybe a few minutes of stretching at the end, and a cold plunge in natures Ice bath, but not as much as I should.


What I am aware of is that I am very flexible, however, that is totally different than being mobile. My mobility could use some work. So that’s why I am seeing Brad!


You can see from just the first session there are already improvements! I am excited to see my progress over an extended period of time.


Brad has spent so much time educating himself in Fascial Stretch Therapy, as much as I like to think I can do everything on my own, I have realized I simply cannot. Nor should I. We have experts for a reason. I cannot move my body on my own, in the same way someone else can. I always say team work makes the dream work! Well this applies to ones health and fitness as well.



WHAT IS IT
